Board Members

Shay is the visionary that spearheads the organization. She develops programs, well as manages operations, volunteers, partnerships, and public relations. She brings together the people and resources needed to accomplish our mission.

Kim manages the Board’s records keeping, meeting minutes, records retention and leads the Grant Committee where she supports with funding preparation and grant writing assistance.

Lisa oversees the Fund Development Committee which offers strategic direction to support with funder, donor and sponsor relationships.

As co-founder, Langston's leadership offers oversight to the Board of Directors for guidance, support, and direction of the organization to fulfill its mission and vision. Langston has expertise working in the public sector as an educator and youth advocate as well as serving as a spiritual leader in the community.

Carol is involved in developing strategic collaborative partnerships and serves as a liaison to community organizations and grassroots initiatives.

Kim manages events for Adam's Purpose and is part of strategically planning for outreach.

Monique leads the Board Development committee and focuses on board training, recruitment, and succession. Monique additionally provides support with planning, onboarding, developing processes and contracts.
